The principles in the guides apply to any van — Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Ram ProMaster. The specific measurements, cross member locations, and under-floor obstacles are unique to each van, but the build methods, calculations, and decisions are the same regardless of model.
Are the parts lists in AU or US?
The Plumbing Guide includes both Australian and US sourcing paths with equivalent parts mapped for each. The free guide is written from an Australian context but the techniques are universal.
I've never built anything before — is this too advanced for me?
The free guide is written for someone starting from scratch. I assumed no prior knowledge when I wrote it. The first thing I cover is planning — because that's where most builds succeed or fail before a single tool is picked up.
